The Alliance Alive from FuRYu released for 3DS in 2017 for Japan and last year for the west. I don't think a direct sequel is possible given that perfect chronology wraps up the whole story. The time travel system is easy to grasp and become second nature pretty quickly even if I have to say you can get a bit lost trying to found out exactly the quest you want, or looking back for certain thing.
